Utilizing our signature framework, the C.O.N.N.E.C.T. method, our vision here at Intimasee is to empower individuals to build deeper, more authentic connections in their relationships and within themselves.

A list of steps including cultivate self-awareness, open yourself to healing, nurture emotional intelligence, navigate relationship dynamics, express authentic communication, commit to consistency, and trust the process, each on colored background bars.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation call is the introduction to your therapeutic journey. It is a time when your therapist gets a better idea of what is bringing you to services to obtain a stronger understanding of your needs. The initial consultation call is critical to therapeutic services as it sets the tone for services ahead. During this time your clinician will review the paperwork you’ve previously filled out, ask questions, and explain to you what services will look like such as therapeutic modalities, the trajectory of what the first sessions will include, and what will be discussed, the importance of therapeutic rapport, cost of services, and availability. Based on the fifteen-minute conversation, we will determine when you are available to begin.

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is for the individual who is ready to do the deep work by reconnecting with oneself. Through the use of differing therapeutic models, we will dive deep in understanding all of you and uncover what it is that you are seeking to work through. Intimacy is not just physical - it is layered. Within individual therapy, you’ll begin to explore or deepen self-awareness,

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for those who identify being in a relationship with another (romantic, friendship) and are seeking counseling as an opportunity to reconnect and/or address concerns within the relationship. Within couples counseling, we will work to identify recurring themes, address natural patterns, and explore each partner’s needs and experiences to strengthen understanding and connection.

Supervision

If you're a master’s-level graduate student with a provisional license and working toward independent licensure, I offer clinical supervision to support you on that journey. Supervision includes a set number of hours based on your state’s requirements where we’ll meet regularly to review your clinical work, discuss client cases, and explore therapeutic approaches that align with your unique style. My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive space where you can grow in confidence and competence as a clinician. If you’re interested in working together, feel free to reach out for a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. At this time, supervision is available to LGPCs (Maryland only) and LGMFTs.

Individual and Group Supervision available October 2025
